       The exotic blend of fresh herbs, spices and vegetables that create a healthy and delicious taste experience, has given thai food an international reputation in recent  years.

          Learning to cook thai food is one of the most lasting souvenirs you can take home from Thailand.  Toy, your experience and enthusiastic teacher guides you step by step as you prepare some of Thailands most popular dishes.   From the age of seven in northern Thailand, He helped his mother cook and sell traditional thai food.   Last year, He made six different programs for six different countries for sky television and was invited to teach thai cooking in England  and  The Phillipines.  

      Our students vary from the novice cook to professional chefs looking for a deeper understanding of thai cuisine.

     Our lunchtime class starts at  10:00 a.m. The set menu consists of three popular that dishes and includes fruit salad. The cost is 950 baht per person

     The dinner class starts at 3:00 p.m. The set menu consists of four thai dishes including fruit salad. The cost is 1200 baht per person.

     The set menus change every day all classes have a thai curry, so you will learn to make a thai curry paste. Everything is provided. We can adapt most menus for vegetarians after cooking you can invite a friend at no extra cost to enjoy meal with you. Many of the ingredients in dried form plus our famous home made curry pastes are available in our kitchen shop.

         Our classes take place in a thai style building at big buddha beach overlooking our beautiful tropical garden. During a break in the class you can go for a quiet stroll and see some of the herbs and vegetables used in your cooking, Plus exotic orchids, hibiscus and heliconias. A joining the cooking area is an old, traditional, thai house, filled with tribal costume and jewelry and woven silks and cottons from Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, India and Burma.
